I like the way you've quantified these skills. I think one that could be added, or maybe incorporated as part of "curiousity", is the ability to learn.

Developing a deep understanding of the market/industry you're working within, in addition to the people you're designing for, is crucial since not every industry space is the same.

Also, the ability to learn should come with the willingness to recognize when current skills are no longer relevant. I sometimes find it hard to part with these old friends.
